本課程將配合胚胎幹細胞與成體幹細胞特性之不同,分別將以生物性分解材料及高分子材料等設計,檢驗幹細胞的組織功能。
Introduction to tissue engineering, Stem Cell (Ⅰ): introduction to stem cell, stem cell harvest & isolation
Stem cell (Ⅱ): stem cell observation, stem cell proliferation & identification
Itrodution to cell culture: primary culture and cell line, cell counting, staining, re-plate, expansion, frozen
Introduction of cyto-toxicity: MTT & LDH test, practice
Introduction to geno-toxicity: chromosome aberration, sister chromatid exchange, abservation of chromosome, practice
Itroduction to collagen: to isolation type Ⅰ collagen, to prepare collagen membrane, to practice
Introduction to fibrin glue: preparation of fibrinogen & thrombin, how to prepare fibrin glue, practice
Artificial extra cellular matrix (Tri-copolymer, HA-C6S- Gelatin) as scaffold for artificial cartilage tissue engineering
Material on immuno-isolation: microsphere preparatiton for bio-artificial parathyroid and pancreas
